By accessing or using PRO Code (the "Platform"), operated by Elite Software Company Private Limited ("we", "us", "PRO Code"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, including learners, instructors, enterprise clients, and visitors.
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Accounts registered with false information may be terminated without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@procode.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users between 16 and 18 require parental or guardian consent. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
PRO Code provides an online learning platform offering video courses, coding challenges, live mentorship sessions, community forums, AI-powered assistance, and verified certification. Specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
The free tier provides access to a limited set of courses and features at no cost. We reserve the right to modify what's available in the free tier with 30 days' notice.
PRO subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first PRO subscription. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@procode.in within 7 days of the initial charge. Subsequent renewals are non-refundable unless required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
All course materials, videos, code examples, challenges, and platform design are owned by PRO Code or our instructors and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access platform content for your own learning. This licence does not permit you to share account access, resell content, or use materials for commercial training without an enterprise licence.
Content you submit to the platform (forum posts, code submissions, reviews) remains yours. By submitting, you grant PRO Code a royalty-free licence to display and use it for platform operations, including moderation and improvement of our services.

PRO Code certificates are issued by Elite Software Company Private Limited. They are not accredited degrees or diplomas recognised by educational authorities. We make no claims regarding their acceptance by any employer or institution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, PRO Code and its officers, employees, and instructors are not liable for:
Our total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the amount paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your access to paid content ends immediately and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
We may terminate or suspend accounts for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or at our discretion. In cases of clear violation, we are not obligated to provide a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us at legal@procode.in. We will respond within 15 business days and work in good faith toward resolution.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Non-material changes (such as typographic corrections or clarifications) may be made without notice.
